The VFX Guild (VFXG) represents and advocates for the diverse needs of both VFX facilities and independent professionals. Our mission is to support industry growth while ensuring fair working conditions and fostering a sustainable ecosystem for all. We aim to:
Advocate for business growth and sustainability to create more jobs, including securing government support and international promotion.
Champion fair working conditions to support creating great jobs, providing workshops and individual access to discounted legal, HR, and mental health support via advice from national professionals.
Promote the industry locally and globally, highlighting the exceptional talent and work produced in New Zealand.
Support training and development, ensuring the future success of VFX professionals, students, education providers and businesses.
